First Sandpoint ends up in a magazine ranked as one of the top 10 places to live, now Coeur d’Alene ends up on MSN as number 2 in the fastest growing housing markets. Great, now no one will be able to afford a house around here. I’m glad the area is being recognized as it is a great place to live. But it seems that the average Joe can’t live here now. Wish I had some extra money to buy a couple of houses. I bet I could retire in 5 years from the money I would make.
