Change of Pace

Well, I’m redoing my blog. Thanks to Mike I’ve moved from Blogger to Wordpress. I’m excited about some of the new features and really like the idea of changing my theme around a bit. It’s still a work in progress as I need to find the time to tweak it from the template defaults, so bear with me. I’m hoping to start up a recipe section as it seems that I’m getting quite a few hits to this site on a daily basis looking for things like General’s Chicken. Maybe this will get me to blog a bit more too, or at least until I get lazy again. So, check back soon for more stuff and to see the new template take shape. Thanks again bro.

Saweet! Nice pic on the top.. fits very well. And the font looks awesome on my mac (not sure what the rest of the world is seeing

I like the look! I’ve been curious about Wordpress for a long time, I should probably heed Mike’s lead once again and make the switch.
The header font is nice, but the text looks a little too times-new-romanish on a PC.

Ya, I’m not perfectly satisfied with it either. Still playing around to get everything right. Need to also change the link colors to something besides red. I think they stand out a bit too much.
