Who doesn’t love hand-me-downs?

OK, I didn’t get a hand-me-down, but my wife did. She’s been coming to the gym a couple of times a week to work out with me at lunch and I keep having to borrow Mike’s other iPod so we both have one. Well, I got tired of that (plus i got it so sweaty the other day that it shorted out. Oops), so I went and bought me a new one. Now the misses has one and I have a nice shiny new black 30GB one.

Now all I have to do is fill it up. Now accepting iTunes gift cards. Send them my way. Thanks.

Ranch Dressing

Need to get back to posting more food stuff. I know this one isn’t exicting, but everyone seems to really like it.

1 ½ cups Mayonnaise
1 tb ls Dijon Mustard
2 tbls Buttermilk Powder
3 tbls Water
1 tbls Dried Parsley
½ tsp Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tbls Very Finely Chopped Yellow Onion
1 ½ tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Fresh Finely Chopped Dill

Mix all ingredients. Store in air-tight container

Servings: 1 pint

Time: 5 minutes
